Crosby Explorers Homeschool Group

Please read the Rules and Code of Conduct here.

We meet every Wednesday at Crosby Park at 419 Hare Rd, Crosby, Texas 77532. Some weeks are park days and some are holiday parties or other events. On weeks that we go on a field trip instead of meeting at the park, many still go to the park if they don’t sign up for the field trip!

What We Offer:

  • Spring and fall pictures – Offered by an outside organization, usually $10 per family
  • Nature study, bible study, sports, mom meetups, and other events have been offered in the past. This park has lots of ball fields close at hand. If you feel passionate about adding anything, please feel free to contact Donna via contact information on the contact page. You can always just bring sports equipment up to the park and wrangle some kids up to play!

The only cost to participate should be items brought to potluck menu for holiday parties, items for your own child to participate in sports, and the 6 field trips per year that cost money to attend, however there is no requirement to attend any event. Crosby Explorers depends on volunteers. We try to cap Field Trips at $30 per semester per child to participate in every field trip.
